Rodney Kratz, MD, FASCRS is a fellowship-trained Colon & Rectal Surgeon practicing in the Seattle–Edmonds area for over two decades. He founded Precision Proctology & Aesthetics to bring expert surgical care and modern aesthetic treatments together with a private, exclusive experience.

Do you perform non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment?

Yes. I am the most experienced hemorrhoid specialist in the NW. I perform banding, sclerotherapy and Infrared Coagulation (laser) treatment as indicated.

Do you treat Anal Fissure?

Yes. Every patient will have their own individual treatment plan tailored to their symptoms. Most patients will be able to avoid surgery with medication or Botox.

Is my visit private?

Absolutely. We follow HIPAA standards and keep your visit discreet.

Do you see anal HPV?

Yes. I am the expert in evaluation and treatment of anal HPV/HSIL and related concerns.

Usually there are months of wasted time and money while you're being repeatedly triaged by nurses or PAs whose only role seems to be to delay the real specialist appointment. This practice doesn't do any of that. It was really nice they didn't mention insurance or payment until after I was examined. The price was also reasonable. It was clear they cared more about helping me over all that. This kind of care, focused on people rather than maximizing profit for nameless shareholders, reminds me of the good old days of medicine before everything was bought by big medical companies. I'm definitely going back whenever I need this kind of medical help again.
