Get your comfort, confidence, and life back.

Pain, bleeding, embarrassment, or concern about appearance can affect far more than one part of your body. These problems can interfere with exercise, work, relationships, intimacy, and the way you feel about yourself.

You do not have to keep suffering, or feel embarrassed asking for help.

Dr. Kratz provides discreet, judgment-free, surgeon-led care for intimate anal health concerns, with same-day and next-day appointments available.

Your condition may be physical. Its impact is personal.

People rarely seek care only because of a diagnosis.

They come because pain has disrupted their day. Because bleeding has created fear. Because a change after childbirth has affected confidence. Because they are avoiding intimacy. Because they have spent months or years wondering whether they will ever feel normal again.

At Precision Proctology, our goal is not simply to treat disease.

Our goal is to give people their lives back.

We combine expert treatment, timely access, clear education, and compassionate care so that you leave understanding what is happening, what can be done, and what comes next.

What has this condition taken away from you?

Comfort

Pain, itching, bleeding, drainage, or irritation can become impossible to ignore.

Confidence

Changes in appearance or function can alter how you feel in your own body.

Intimacy

Fear, discomfort, embarrassment, or uncertainty can affect closeness and relationships.

Activity

Exercise, travel, sitting, work, and everyday routines may begin revolving around symptoms.

Peace of mind

Many patients worry about cancer, permanent damage, or whether treatment will make things worse.

Time

Patients often wait months for specialty care while the problem continues.

These are legitimate reasons to seek care. You will never be judged for wanting to feel comfortable and confident again.

Why I created Precision Proctology

“For more than two decades, I have cared for people with conditions that are painful, frightening, and deeply personal. I have learned that successful treatment is not measured only by whether a wound heals. It is measured by whether someone can exercise again, return to intimacy, stop living in fear, and feel like themselves again.

I created Precision Proctology to give patients direct access to an experienced surgeon, enough time to understand their concerns, and a setting where nothing is embarrassing and no question is dismissed.

My role is to provide expertise. My responsibility is to give you certainty.”
